Leur enthousiasme pour la fondation de Montréal a été décuplé par leur récent pèlerinage en France «Sur la route des saints franco-canadiens», organisé par Spiritours, suite à l'initiative de l'abbé Julien Guillot, en charge du sanctuaire Notre-Dame-de-Rocamadour à Québec. Sylvie Trudelle a été animatrice de pastorale et professeure de musique. Elle est présentement à la retraite, mais elle est plus occupée que jamais! Elle s'intéresse aux fondateurs de Montréal depuis plusieurs années, et particulièrement à l'intervention de saint Joseph dans l'histoire canadienne.

Martin Bisson, professeur de français et de multimédia, est aussi réalisateur de courts-métrages pour Périfmédia. Il a préparé pour l'occasion un documentaire permettant de saisir «ce qui animait le coeur des fondateurs de Montréal». On y retrouve les entrevues et les témoignages filmés en France et au Québec. Ses réalisations allient histoire, art et contemplation.

Heureuse de pouvoir faire connaître les origines de foi de la ville, elle a mis à profit ses multiples talents de recherchiste, de photographe et d'animatrice afin que puissent prendre forme ces deux journées à la chapelle et au Musée Marguerite-Bourgeoys.
